Shipping Policies

Bestbrandkicks.com offers free shipping for all Nike mens shoes, women's shoes, and kids orders.  If any order is returned there will be a $15 charge for shipping and will be taken off refund.  bestbrandkicks.com is not restricted to where they will ship. 

The following carriers are used for shipping; Sodexi, TNT, UPS, DHL, FedEx, EMS, CSS, and Air England.  Please allow 4-5 business days for order processing and 5-10 business days for delivery.  A tracking number will be sent to you via email, if you haven't received your order within 15 days please contact us immediately at support@bestbrandkicks.com and have your order number with you. Additional taxes and brokerage fee applicable in some regions upon delivery.

Return Policy

Bestbrandkicks.com's Nike outlet offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee with all Nike mens shoes9bold), women's and kids.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund (less $15 for shipping).  If you would like to exchange your shoes for another pair, you may do so within 30 days at no extra cost (except the difference in price).

Backorder Policy

Bestbrandkicks.com will retain customers back orders in priority sequence, and will notify all customers by email when order is available.  Bestbrandkicks.com will only notify you when order is available and will not give updates as to when it might be available.  Payment in full is required for all back orders,  if order isn't filled within 30 days customer may ask for a refund or continue to wait for order to become available.

Damaged Goods Policy

Bestbrandkicks.com will accept any return on damaged goods within 30 days of shipment.  If your product has any damage when you receive it please notify us immediately at support@bestbrandkicks.com, and we will arrange for a new order to be sent out to you upon arrival of your damaged order.
